Return Policy

If you need to make a return please contact us at order@bmbapparel.com within 3 days of delivery of your order. Please do not send back any items before contacting us, and getting a return approval. 

• We must receive your return within 14 days of it's original delivery to you.
• It must be in original condition.
• Unwashed, unworn, and unaltered
• Free of odor, stains, cigarette smoke and pet hair.
• Shoes must be returned in original box with clean and unworn soles. DO NOT attach shipping labels or packaging tape to the box. If you do, they will be ineligible for return.                    

Items that are not able to be returned

• Free gifts or promotional items
• Clearance and Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
• Giftcards, storecredit, and discount codes are not redeemable for cash
• Bralettes and other intimate apparel
• Accessories and jewelry
• Shoes with boxes damaged by stickers, labels or packing tape. 
• We do NOT accept items purchased through Poshmark.
